Belle Sauvage Spring/Summer 2011 at Symphony

Belle Sauvage is a new addition to Symphony for Spring/Summer 2011. Since establishing the Belle Sauvage label in 2008 the brand has secured a growing celebrity fan base and can count Kelly Osbourne, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Fergie, and The Ting Tings as fans. Virginia Ferreira and Christian Neuman, the design duo behind Belle Sauvage have come to be known for the slick combination of Chris’ vivid digital prints and Virginia’s sharp, imaginative silhouettes. Prints this season are inspired by American abstract expressionism paying reference to artists such as Frank Stella and Jeff Koons., and silhouettes pay homage to Brutalism in architecture and structure. A diverse colour palette ranging from lively yellows and reds through to cool blue and purple tones bring prints alive continuing the bold Belle Sauvage trademark aesthetic.
